I recently used Big Dave’s Plumbing to repair pipes that had frozen under my house, and I was extremely impressed with their service. I called at 9:00 AM, and their team arrived and was working by 10:30 AM.
The repair required crawling under the house in a tight and difficult space, but they approached the job with a positive attitude and completed the work in less than two hours. In addition to fixing the frozen pipes, they took the extra step to inspect other areas that might have been affected and discovered two additional leaks that I wasn’t even aware of. It was time to replace our 80 gallon water heater. My wife and I were interested in a tankless water heater and started the research process. We got a few quotes and decided on Big Dave's Plumbing.
Dave told me he would arrive at 8 AM. Dave and his crew arrived at 0756 and got straight to work. It was a big project. Dave stuck to the vision and did a beautiful job. He is a master plumber, pipe fitter, and problem solver.
