It is no surprise that Joe has so many five-star reviews on his site. His competence and professionalism are top-notch. But there is another aspect to Joe that is also important to note – he is simply a good person that you can trust. Joe performed the inspection of our new home in Berryville, which is approximately 7,000 square feet in size, plus a 2,600 square foot detached workshop. The inspection was performed with full professionalism and tremendous attention to detail. Every small corner and all installations were checked, no cutting corners. During the process Joe provided us with many tips for improvements and long term maintenance where needed. Really pleased with his services.
