Amazing customer service! Most places try to upsell you on things that you don’t need but I appreciate that I came here for an oil change and a tire rotation and left with just that and wasn’t haggled to have any other services done. Respectful and kind crew. Will be suggesting Valvoline to everyone I know!
Enjoy going to Valvoline the employees are really nice the wait time is not long and you can sit in your car while your oil is being changed the great thing was you can also get your tires rotated and if you go online you can get coupons and things to offset the price service technicians were honest and very informative
When I first pulled in all the staff was standing ready to help and after talking with a few of them I realized one gentleman specifically that was handling most of it happen to be the GM name named Anthony. Hands-down, a very very professional individual with a lot of attention to detail and was very passionate about his duties at work. I love to see people that enjoy their job specifically ones that are hard labor as they are not always the easiest especially when customer service is involved. All the staff were very polite and very fast. I’ll gladly be returning!
