“I had a tree come down on our roof during the windstorm today. Even though the office was closed (Saturday), Ben texted me back shortly, made arrangements, had one of his crew (Andre), stop by and evaluate the situation. Despite the bitter cold and wind, Andre rounded up a crew and equipment, were here to remove the tree within an hour, and finished shortly after and secured a tarp over the hole in the roof. Even though he was out of town Ben continued to be in touch during the work to make sure all was properly taken care of. Ben, Andre and the crew were all totally helpful and professional, and I cannot say enough good things about them all !! I highly recommend Old Town Tree and Landscaping!“
