Small Solutions responded quickly when our HVAC system was struggling during the heat wave. When they were asked to do something different than what was originally discussed, they were flexible and accommodating. The technician was knowledgeable and was able to explain things very well. We chose Small Solutions for a full HVAC systems replacement. They had the system in stock, priced it right and their crew completed the swap out in one full day of work. Highly recommended and will use Small Solutions for anything we can! Oh, and we made money on the system swap. Based on what it cost and our projected savings, we are making an 11.3% return on our invested capital, which was a very pleasant surprise!
Our GE a/c system shut down (of course it was during a heat wave). I called Small Solutions and read them the error message displayed on the thermostat.
