I had first heard about the great window washing work that Allan Kilevo did for the members in our Shea Homes Lake Frederick community, more than a few years ago. And, I was told that Allan gives group rate discounts!
So whenever our newer members would ask about who does window washing in the area, I would always refer them to the Shea Homes recommended contractor list, which he is on. Then I come to discover that he also cleans homes!
I was preparing for a move into a newer townhome in Snowden Bridge, and it needed to be cleaned from top to bottom. Allan and his crew did an excellent job, and at a very reasonable price.

Excellent window cleaning and cleaner! Allan cares that he does a good job and makes sure you are satisfied. He was respectful of my home, pets, and property. Promptly returned my call to make an appointment for an estimate and showed up on time for it and to do the work. Super polite and a nice man. Very reasonable pricing.
