Schenck Foods Company is a friendly and accommodating wholesale supplier with prompt and consistent service. The staff is super friendly and very cordial, providing fantastic customer service. Communication is clear. They are extremely accommodating and flexible with appointments and orders, sometimes achieving a quick one-day turnaround. Unloading is super quick and fast. The facility lot is big enough for the trucks. While the service is highly rated, a note mentions a high lumper fee for unloading and that the location can be easy to get lost.
I came quite a bit earlier than my appointment time (appointment only) and asked if he could work me in earlier and he said he can’t promise but would try and he did! Super friendly, lot is big enough for the amount of trucks it can receive. 10/10 service. Super quick with the unload as well!
Fast unload, clear communication, very friendly. I missed my appointment yesterday due issues at the previous receiver, and they were extremely accommodating and allowed me to come in at opening to be unloaded first. Even with a damage claim, they were fantastic! I wish all shippers and receivers were this good!
RJ and the team are nothing but accomdoating. He is so flexible and is able to sometimes get in an order with just a 1 day turn around. Jr is also a fantastic and very cordial delivery man. Nothing but respect for these folks, their prompt and consistent work over the years.
