On August 23,2019 at approximatley 3:05p.m. I called S&S Electric on a recommendation from a Frederick County employee, and when I called a women answered, I asked to whom I was speaking with and she replied "why" and asked what I needed. I started to explain to her that we had a fire at our residence and she cut the conversation off and stated we primary do commercial work and hung up on me. The initial customer service was very disapointing and if she continues to treat potential customers this way you will lose business. Thank you, William
