Quality Cleaning Center is a local, family-owned dry cleaning business that has been serving the Winchester community since 1964. They offer a range of services, including shirt laundry, alterations, and press-only options. Additionally, they handle larger projects and specialty items like band uniforms, costumes for local performing arts, and wedding dresses, as well as tablecloths and napkins for special events. The business operates an eco-friendly dry cleaning plant and is committed to providing excellent customer service.
Customers have consistently praised Quality Cleaning Center for their reasonable prices, quick turnaround time, and high-quality work. Many appreciate the fast service, with some items being ready the same day even when next-day service was expected. The staff is described as friendly and helpful, and they use a texting platform that notifies customers when their clothes are ready and when they drop off, which is helpful for those who may lose the little tickets. One customer shared appreciation for their respectfulness and timely service, including an instance where they collected and sealed in an envelope a suit with a custom pen left in the pockets, ensuring nothing was lost.
However, some customers mentioned inconvenience regarding their location and hours, as they are not open on weekends. Others reported issues such as shirts' buttons melting during cleaning, though the staff would replace them for free. Overall, many customers find the business reliable and affordable, with a strong reputation in the Winchester area, despite occasional mishaps.
I have gone to this incredible dry cleaner since last year, when the other dry cleaner I went to lost a set of antique buttons, and never even apologize. This wonderful group of ladies can literally do anything. From cleaning, leather and fur to hemming pants, putting in buttons and anything else you might need. I am so thrilled that a dry cleaner of this Quality is located in Winchester.
Absolutely the best dry cleaner around. I drop stuff off weekly and have never had a problem. All of the ladies are kind and courteous and make sure I always feel welcome and appreciated. Their an amazing business and Winchester is lucky to have them available for all their different services.
A+++ Service
Have used for last 3 years. Very respectful and timely. Most recent visit failed to empty pockets of husband’s suits and they were kind enough to collect items and seal in an envelope- this included a custom pen. I’m so thankful that it wasn’t lost. (Ps Tuesday drop off are discounted)
