I rarely write reviews because I have read postings that are simply untrue!! So here is a 100% truthful review. My carpets were filthy after 13 years and knew without a doubt that they could be cleaned but never brought back near the condition of what they were. My concern was the age, condition and the deep stains. WELL was I ever WRONG!!! Pleasant Valley Steam Cleaning gave me an excellent price, were truthful about the possible outcome of getting the stains removed but were optimistic about the outcome. On 7/31/17, I had Pleasant Valley Carpet cleaners clean some heavily soiled carpet, and they did a phenomenal job. The carpet looks like new, and they were fast too! Highly recommend them.
