I don’t usually leave reviews, but the service was stellar, from the initial phone call forward. Frank was prompt, knowledgeable and very kind about my issues and how mitigate the problem. West, was equally polite and efficient, problem taken care of the same day. Wonderful service, I highly recommend them.
Possibly the most professional company that I have used. Everything from the first contact to the final check up call, everyone was helpful and happy to be there. The inspectors explained everything to that they were doing and were always happy to answer question. I will only be using Petti Pest Control in the future.
Couldn't ask for a better experience with Petti Pest control. They answered all my texts and phone calls and were extremely professional. I entered my info online and received a call right away and they came out immediately. There were also really nice guys. They interacted with me, my mom and my brother and we all had the same experience. They also worked with us on pricing since funds were kinda tight. Would def recommend. Robert was extremely responsive and helpful with everything and made the process really easy.
