Jen is an amazing stylist! I visited the salon a few months ago for the first time. I had many past experiences at other salons and never seemed to leave happy. Jen completely understood all my concerns. She is extremely attentive and takes the time to make sure you leave her chair completely happy. She is amazing at color, haircuts and not to mention the amazing blow outs. She knew exactly what I wanted and also made suggestions of what she thought I needed. Highly recommend!

Jennifer did my hair and she did such a transformation and I LOVEEE IT! This was my 2nd time getting my hair professionally done because I tend to get a lot of anxiety/impatient when I’m sitting in one place for too long but she made the 2 1/2 - 3 hours go by really quickly and she was really nice to talk to!!! I definitely recommend her if your gonna have a long session or a extreme hair make over cause the before and afters were amazing!

I used to dread spending part of my day off to have my hair done but all that is different now that I'm seeing Jen at Lox. Everyone there is so friendly. I love my hair and Jen is creative fun and super talented!!!
