Thorough and trustworthyI manage facilities for a medical firm and we had sewage flowing up for days, I couldn’t find a plumber that would get to me quickly, they all booked me out 2-3 weeks and it was an emergency. I was so happy when I called JHS and they were at my office within 4 hours and handled it immediately. They didn’t waste time, their dispatcher called to organize us to enter the back door without spooking our clients and they ran through everything stealthy. Very impressive. I just got my greenhouse done and it’s beyond perfect. The entire process with JHS was easy- I’ve had many home renovations because I move a lot and working with Henri has been phenomenal. The team was respectful of my home, communicated with me throughout the process, and the finished product was just like I designed. Subject: True Emergency TeamWe had our contractors fired last minute because we found out they didn’t have the equipment needed to fix our septic system- they took our money and ran. We found JHS via the county and they immediately came to assess and give us several solutions – which was amazing, usually contractors tell you what you need to do and make you agree to it. I felt so comfortable with JHS teams from start to finish. They didn’t waste any time doing anything and even updated me daily on what’s the next step. AMAZING TEAM! Thank you thank you!
