My father is a vietnam veteran and reently have been getting some home health aide from Home Instead . after getting some feedback from my father in regards to his care , he has stated he has had no issues with the home health aides and has alway had great care , he also wanted me to inform Home Instead of the Home aide named Dana .. she seen my father for the first time last week and he stated "I have always received great care but that one what was here Wednesday (Dana) was pheenomenal please let the facilty know she did great job she knew exactly what to do without me haveing to say a word , I appericate the care she provided to me and I want her to be regonized... read full review

I don't even know where to start to tell you what it is like to have my special Bernadette as my caregiver for two years or more. She is a member of the family. I am 86 years old and it is great to have someone who knows my life routine. She knows what I need, sometimes when I don't. I have a nerve damaged leg which means there are many tasks that I can't do. She is my third daughter.

We love Home Instead in Winchester, VA! Teresa always goes above and beyond when taking care of our Mum. She's an absolute Godsend, and we are blessed to have her in our life. Her commitment and hard work are second to none!
