My father is a vietnam veteran and reently have been getting some home health aide from Home Instead . after getting some feedback from my father in regards to his care , he has stated he has had no issues with the home health aides and has alway had great care , he also wanted me to inform Home Instead of the Home aide named Dana .. she seen my father for the first time last week and he stated "I have always received great care but that one what was here Wednesday (Dana) was pheenomenal please let the facilty know she did great job she knew exactly what to do without me haveing to say a word , I appericate the care she provided to me and I want her to be regonized for the great care she provided to me" I also would like to thank all who is and contiune to care for my dad this helps my family out alot and for that im thankful keep up the great work :)
I have had nothing but positive experience with Home Instead and all the staff I have interacted with there. Jessica & Sharon assisted me in getting started and are extremely patient and knowledgeable. Zoya, Josephine & Rachael have been outstanding care partners. Everyone is competent and caring and schedulers Ann, Sue and others have been very responsive and helpful.
Ann Blankenship took care of my parents for several months earlier this year before they moved into an Assisted Living facility. Don’t know what we would have done without Ann. She brought a tremendous amount of comfort to my siblings and me knowing that my parents were in good hands!!
