I would be able to take them seriously if they were actually reachable. I’ve had nothing but voicemails from these guys when attempting to contact them for warranty work on a new build. And it’s not just me, apparently. I’ve heard murmurings throughout the community I live in of much the same experience. It really was THE easiest customer acquisition you could have had - do a great job under warranty and I’d have no reason *not* to call when out of warranty, earning you a long term customer and higher profits over time than probably the contract you have with the builder afforded you. However due to the sheer amount of teeth pulling involved with simply even getting ahold of these guys, there’s no way I would reach out to them if I had a plumbing catastrophe or wanted further work done. Jose-down-the-block picked up his phone instantly, introduced his company by name and I didn’t have to fuss when I needed work completed. He just.. shows up and does the work. Easy. That’s what service based businesses do, after all. How is this even a real company winning bids fro.. Oh I get it, probably because the bids they give are the absolute cheapest option for the builders and because of that they shun warranty repairs so they can maximize what tiny profit margins they can get out of the deal.. how utterly desperate. This is just another instance of cheap as chips labor and what you get for that rate.
