We needed our front porch replaced as it was neglected over the years by us as and had carpenter bee damage. I went on his website, filled out the form to have someone contact me and within 24 hours he was reaching out to come give an estimate. After he got here he found that our gutters were basically pieced together which was causing them to leak which was also causing damage to our porch and drainage issues around my house. Bob and Gerring Construction were a pleasure to work with. After our home’s skylight bit the dust, I contacted Bob for a temporary repair and then full replacement. Bob came within 24 hours to repair our skylight — which was critical, as we rent out our house as a short term rental.

Our gutter was coming away from the house in the back of our 3 story townhome, as well as the front. Mr Gerring returned our call the same morning we left a message, and was out the following morning exactly when he said he would arrive. He was very friendly, full of helpful information, and was able to schedule the repair the next day. Mr Gerring arrived early the next day (after calling ahead to make sure it was ok), and completed the repair, as well as some additional services we asked about, and all within a short period of time. We will definitely be contacting him in the future, and will absolutely recommend him to anybody needing a contractor. Extremely friendly, very upfront and honest, and great work!
