Geek Squad

The young lady at the Winchester Greek Squad at Best Buy is beyond unprofessional. After an unsuccessful 1st trip to get a cracked screen fixed (hour drive one way for me), I returned today. I came in early in hopes that I could drop off the phone early because I had a very hungry 2 year old with me. This young lady told me to go get her something to eat and return at my appointment time...she said you have an hour..plenty of time for them to eat (clearly she doesn’t dine often with a 2 year old during COVID 19 where restaurants are only seating at half capacity)...regardless we returned in an hour and went through the checking in process...she continued to be just as rude as she was previously. After the diagnosis test, I paid for the screen and she told me it could take 2 to 3 hours to be fixed. She took my phone number and said she would call me when it was finished. What she failed to mention was the store closed in 2 hours. With a little one in tow I drove around and waited...no phone call. Two hours and 15 minutes later I return to find Best Buy locked up tight! How rude and unprofessional a simple phone call to state, it will not be finished today could have lead to me home much earlier. If you can I would definitely use a Geek Squad somewhere else or avoid this technician.
