I called to get advice on installing spray foam in my attic. I was concerned about how that might affect a home inspection when I sell my home (some day in the future). I forgot the inspectors name with whom I talked with, but he provided outstanding advice on how an inspector would conduct an inspection. If you take pictures before the installation to show that the structural integrity has no defects or issues, spray foam will not be an issue when it comes time to inspection (provided the foam installation is up to code). He also provided useful information on how best to document home improvements and keep records for a home inspector. A very helpful conversation.
We had a very good experience with Ellingwood Pro! They arrived at the property early, and were ready to work immediately. They took their time inspecting the entire home, top to bottom, inside and out, and were thorough with their analysis. They provided verbal explanations of the functions of many of the inspected items, and made sure we were aware of any missing or insufficient items. The full report for the inspection was provided a few hours after the walk through was completed, with thorough notations, explanations, and evidence.
