This firm is incredibly lazy. They continually told us for 3 years that they would get to our tax returns and never ended up doing them. This delayed us from getting over $45,000 dollars in refunds from the IRS that we were owed. It felt like we were a nuisance to them instead of paying clients. Every time we called and tried to get answers, he would tell us he was working on them, but never delivered. Instead of using software to do our accounting, he did them all by hand (if he did them at all). I can't even explain how frustrating our time with Cundiff & Associates was. Stay far away from these guys.
