I've been to a LOT of dentists. I'm disabled, and some of my medications have resulted in serious tooth decay. After 20 years, I finally reached the point that I needed full dentures. Dr. Knotts has done an AMAZING job. I apparently have unusual bone structure of the lower jaw - so unusual that the lab that Dr. Knotts usually uses refused to make my lower denture. They said that they didn't think a denture could be constructed that would stay in place, not break and allow me to chew without pain. So she went to another lab and had them try to do it. The result was a denture that looks great but didn't fit well at ALL when we first tried it. I was worried; I saw a life of applesauce and pudding in my future. But Dr. Knotts persevered, told me not to lose hope and assured me that she would keep adjusting them until I was satisfied. I honestly lost count of the number of times I sat in her chair while we made adjustments. Just yesterday, we finally got my lower denture finished. I can now chew without pain, have no areas that are irritated and they are seated properly and look real. She also refused to charge me any fees at all for the many, many fittings I required. I'm beyond satisfied - I'm impressed. I'd recommend Dr. Knotts to anyone who asks. She is a fantastic dentist, truly cares about her patients and takes pride in her work. Her staff is extremely friendly and professional. And the only comment I've ever heard from her patients is, "I go there too! Isn't she great? I love her!" I've been to a LOT of dentists. Dr. Knotts is the best one I've ever had. I'd give her six stars if I could.

I With my husband have been with this group for years. The staff is excellent and Dr. Knotts goes over and beyond the call of being a DOCTOR. The office environment is warm and comfortable. I have needed Dr. Knotts on a Sunday because of an emergency and she physically meet me at her office. They have always treated my family as their family. We will NEVER go anywhere else.

I'm one of those people who gets really anxious about going to the dentist but the gang at Winchester Family Dentistry really made me comfortable. From the receptionist to the PA to the Dentist, everyone was very friendly and calming. They set out a plan for me complete with estimated costs so I won't be blindsided at time of service. I would highly recommend this office to any and everyone.
