Ali was great to work with from start to finish on my shower installation. He took the time to completely explain the process, to assist in selecting materials and to give daily updates on everything involved so as to be assured that it was being done correctly. He takes his craft seriously and it shows!

We were recommended to Ali's Finishing Touch and we couldn't be more pleased. We hired him to install Shaw luxury vinyl tile (LVT) in a bath, laundry and large eat in kitchen and pantry that had some challenging angles. Our kitchen floor needed significant leveling/sanding in a sizeable area and there were some challenging floor transitions. Ali followed the manufacturer's instructions using all recommended products and layout. He knew just how to repair the kitchen area properly so the LVT would not be compromised. Ali demonstrates in his action and communication, that your job is his focus. He takes his craft serious. Importantly, he takes his time to get it right seeking perfection and excellence in his work. His broad flooring experience in tile, wood, LVT, etc., shows in his layouts, transitions, and overall project. He has a designer's eye and is very collaborative with his clients. He is technical, both in his work and running his business. He's a great communicator who is respectful to his client and their home. He is available to talk, text, email, social media, you can reach him in any way and he's quick to respond. From his estimate through completion the process was pleasant, enjoyable, and seamless. We're having Ali back for some bathroom tile work, and we look forward to working with Ali on a more home projects.

If anyone is looking for a bathroom or tile remodel/install, Ali is definitely your guy. It was a bummer our shower started failing but he did excelent work to make the new one even better and ensure it doesn't fail again! Ali was very accommodating with our complicated availability, and he was very detail oriented and collaborative with our design wants and gave us excelent alternative ideas when ours wouldn't work. He involved us every step of the way to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted; his insight and expertise was already in effect from the start, where he accompanied us to the store to pick out the materials and provided pros and cons to the different materials available and the maintenance involved as well as helping us select the right grout colors to compliment our selections for the floor and walls. He even went the extra mile to ensure the veins of our subway tiles lines up on a beautiful and flowing fashion across the entirety of our shower walls! He will definitely be the first person I will call up if I have any other tile or flooring projects!
