Very thankful for Patrick’s help with a squirrel who got into our attic! I had another franchise company come over and quoted me thousands of dollars to fix the issue. Patrick did not try to upsell or make unnecessary recommendations and was extremely affordable. He even came to our house once to check on things at no extra charge. If I have any more issues I will definitely be calling him again! He is honest and experienced.

We had a sudden deluge of bats at our chimney cap due to nearby construction. Patrick came in extreme heat and did the preliminary work, which drove most away. Once the Federal Bat Protection period was over, he came back and sealed everything tight. No more bats! Patrick is a Veteran and a very nice, competent craftsman.

Patrick was friendly, prompt, thorough, and knowledgeable. He gave me an estimate for the work within a day of calling and fit me into his schedule the next week. The job consisted of cleaning up flying squirrel mess, removing insulation that had been ruined by the squirrels, and replacing the insulation. Patrick wore shoe covers in my house and carefully tidied up. I couldn’t be happier with his work highly recommend his services.
