“I was very happy to find this clinic in West Springfield that accepted Tricare Prime. After more than 30 visits I can say the place is great. Each visit you will do a series of exercises and then the therapist will work in the area where your pain is for a good time. Kari and Savannah are very caring and listened every day of how I was feeling regarding my injury. You don't have to wait to be seen, they are always on time. Never felt they were rushing me to get out. I always looked forward to attending my appointments. They have plenty of parking.“

“Dr. Balasa is one of the most caring Doctor's I have ever met. I am seeing her for pain in my left hip and leg pain caused by a torn ligament in my lower back from a car accident. I have literally walked into the office for an appointment in excruciating pain and limping. She works on me for an hour pulling, stretching, massaging trigger points. When I leave I feel relaxed, and have less pain. She is teaching me stretching techniques to do when I am heating food in the microwave, or just watching TV. She is truly amazing.“

“Dr. Mo and his team are the best of the best. I had numbing pain in my left leg for years until I first visited him and found out my hip was out of place. Instant relief and the pain never returned. I brought my newborn to him with severe reflux and through adjustments Dr. Mo managed to make his reflux disappear. Enhancing my baby's quality of life exponentially. I'm so grateful for that. “Great place for physical therapy, I went for my knee first then shoulder and for each I was able to recover quickly thanks to the great therapists. Tracy Vaught, Vanessa Lagera, and Niraja Shrestha were all very informative on what was going on and how their excercises and programs would help, and on top of that are super friendly and make the visit fun. Obviously I hope the need for PT doesn’t come up again, but if it does I’ll be heading here!“
