“I was very happy to find this clinic in West Springfield that accepted Tricare Prime. After more than 30 visits I can say the place is great. Each visit you will do a series of exercises and then the therapist will work in the area where your pain is for a good time. Kari and Savannah are very caring and listened every day of how I was feeling regarding my injury. You don't have to wait to be seen, they are always on time. Never felt they were rushing me to get out. I always looked forward to attending my appointments. They have plenty of parking.“

“Dr. Cooper worked with my daughter who is a competitive climber. Dr. Cooper did a thorough exam followed by some initial therapy and recommended a course of treatment. We saw results during the first session and in her climbing immediately afterward. We would highly recommend BetaPT for those climbers out there looking for additional mobility or PT.“

“I’m amazed at the progress that I have made in the past 8 months going to NeuroPT. For the full hour of my appointment, the physical therapist works directly with me, one on one. She provides exercises that I can do at home and recommended an adaptive gym where I can go workout additionally. I’m extremely pleased with the neurological pt knowledge, skill, attention and care given to me and each client I have seen come through their door.I read one posted review hinting at possible race discrimination. I’ve seen people of color as clients. I don’t see that as issue. It is a small practice without a welcoming reception desk so “call backs” may get delayed. They focus on their clients, therefore, returning calls may get delayed.Overall. I believe NeuroPT deserves a 10 star review it were possible.“

“I am a massage enthusiast and always search for local places to get a good thorough massage, so I was very pleased to find this gem that was near my home. My girlfriend and I came here spontaneously on a Sunday for a Deep Tissue Massage. The quality of the massage was spectacular!! The masseuse starts off by giving you a gentle massage to warm up your body (I'm assuming?), then she applied the oils and began to iron out all the soreness out of my body. I had a full body massage which she focused predominantly on my back, but gave adequate attention to legs, feet, arms, hands, head....eveeeerythang, lol! I legit felt 10 years younger after getting this massage!! They have great customer service and how can you beat a fully body massage for $60/hr?!?!
