The best in West Springfield! Pooja is great and doesn't over thread my brows. She's booked appointment only so sometimes hard to see spare of the moment. Otherwise, best brow service..period.
Pooja is professional, reliable, and very talented! I found her earlier in the pandemic when other places were closed & she was very careful about keeping guests safe. She has now been threading my eyebrows and lip for 9 months. Today was the first time I did a bikini wax and her technique made it nearly pain free. The prices are very affordable! You won't be disappointed! I won't be going anywhere else.
