Love my dr Deveries she’s the best no rushing you out too get too next patient she’s awesome! Only problem I have is getting into the portal!!! Been trying for a while with no luck
My nurse, Crystal, and my doctor, Lisa Cash, were both very attentive to my immediate needs today. Crystal is always very thorough on the intake and it is very obvious that Dr. Cash pays close attention to her notes. As always, they are both very compassionate and committed to meeting my needs. Dr. Cash took time with me on our or video appointment today and explained things to me when I had questions about treatment for COVID. I am very grateful for her and her entire staff's compassion and professionalism each and every time I need their help.
I switched from my previous PCP to TPMG West Point. They got me in quick being a new patient. The receptionist was very kind and I got back to a room very quickly. I have high standards being a RN myself. Jocelyn Reese NP was very thorough and showed no judgement. I look forward to having a new health care provider I can trust.
