We live in a historic 120 year old home without a level line or straight edge in it. Over the past century a lot of work has been done in this home, not all of it good. 2 months ago we had what we thought was a minor issue turn into a major problem. We were referred to Carter/Rose construction and gave him a call. He came right over, did a thorough survey of the issue, and gave us an estimate, which was based in reality and seemed fair. Rose Construction and contractor Brayan were highly recommended by satisfied client and friend of family. We called Rose Construction when my daughter’s air conditioner pipe sprung a leak! They did an emergency repair on a weekend to fix leaking pipe and replace drywall for my daughter. It went so well, my other daughter had them fix her French doors to their deck. (Other contractor left it unfinished and never came back) After those successes, my husband hired them to help us renovate our home. They did a wonderful job installing our new. French doors. Received a quote online for my kitchen that my husband and brother had planned to build for me and the price was so low that my husband made the check right away. 4 days later I had my kitchen with a bonus new floor! Definitely recommend.
