Brian B. provided fast and efficient service when I called for towing through AAA. My vehicle was stalled in a high traffic area and Brian B. was calming and very helpful when he arrived. He quickly got my vehicle out of the area and provided fantastic service with getting my vehicle to the repair shop.
In town to pick up son from JMU and got a late night flat tire in the hotel parking lot. Called AAA and they arranged for Drumhellers to meet me first thing in the morning. Great communication and follow through - very professional and conscientous. Hope I don't need their services again but would recommend them to anyone that does!
Donnie, my tow driver, was great. He picked me up when i popped a tire on my car and took me to drop it off at university tire. Knowledgeable, provided some tips and Insight into the state of my tires, and we had a really great conversation on the way. He even dropped me off at home when we finished since it was closeby! Thankfully AAA sent a competent, kind, funny, and cool guy to take care of me and my car! Thanks Donnie!
