I am shocked by the negative reviews. I see Dr. Young and his team and have had excellent treatment for years. I see the same receptionists and office staff as everyone else and never encountered impoliteness. I hope the folks who are unhappy do follow up with a patient advocate so their concerns can be addressed.
Been going here all my life and never have an issue! It’s a great staff with great providers. I work in healthcare so I understand the turnover on providers but haven’t had any bad experiences with the current providers. Dr. Dunbar, Hollie Cappo, NP and Margaret at the front desk are all amazing!!
I love my primary care doctor and I always am seen on time or 15 minutes max beyond my appointment time. Kathleen is fantastic and she takes her time to listen to your worries and concerns and is always able to answer my questions.
