My son has been a patient at Sparkle for about two years, and I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Lewis! She has handled all of his procedures with professionalism, kindness, and honesty. Dr. Lewis is personable, communicates clearly, and always keeps things straightforward. A special shout out to Stacy at the front desk! She was an absolute angel during a stressful time with nonstop calls and helped us find a solution. Both Dr. Lewis and Stacy stood by us every step of the way. I highly recommend Sparkle for anyone looking for exceptional dental care!

Absolutely LOVE this place! Dr. Fadnis is spectacular with the kiddos and parents. Nevaeh and the other dental assistance as well as the front desk staff is friendly, informative and welcoming. My kids actually really enjoy going to the dentist!

Dr. Fadnis & Nevaeh made my children so comfortable during their procedures and have shown exceptional care and concern for all of my babies that come to Sparkle! Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a pediatric dentist who will care for your littles and calm their nerves!
