Spoke with Dean at shop, told they could replace our tub with walk in shower. He came to our home, took measurements and proceeded to order upgraded fixtures, doors, floor pan and grab bar. After installation, it doesn't even look like the same bathroom, thank you Dean for all your input, it is beautiful.
I called about a small cabinetry issue that they were not responsible for. I was not even a customer.They came to my house that same afternoon, fixed my problem completely, and wouldn't accept my repeated offers to pay them for their time.That just never happens these days.Thanks, Dean.
