Repetition is the sincerest form of validation, and we have hired John Paul Design and Build repeatedly over the last three years, at increasing scale each time: first, renovating our bathrooms and building a guest room in our basement, then adding an exceptional porch room and deck to replace an old, rotting deck, then building an entire two story addition on to our main house, while also building a new kitchen in our old garage, after demolishing our old kitchen and mud room and turning that space into a dining room. To say that this company knocked it out of the park is an understatement. My father is a civil engineer who specializes in quality control, and each step of our project unfolded under his watchful eye, to his satisfaction. Every time an issue arose (and since I grew up with a dad working as a project manager, I know there are always issues with construction projects), we had complete faith and confidence that we could count on a good resolution, because we were working with good people. And that proved true. Nothing about our project was simple and straightforward, and yet this company tackled it with professionalism and courtesy. Best of all, their charitable works were easy to support with our excess materials, and it felt so good to know that nothing would go to waste. Because we were living in our house while these projects were unfolding during the past three years, we were able to see the quality, attention to detail, and dedication to our satisfaction up close. JP Design helped me out in a pinch to remove 2 sliding patio doors and install new sliding windows. They did an outstanding job from start to finish. They covered and protected floor and furnishings, kept the area cleaned during the work and afterward, high-quality workmanship, attention to detail, etc etc. I can't say enough good things about these guys. I'll definitely be using them again and highly recommend them.
We were thrilled with our new addition on the back of our home. We liked it so much we had them remodel our master bathroom and next will be our kitchen in the early new year. The guys on his crews are great, do fantastic work, excellent workmanship and are a delight to have working at our home.
