“Village Flowers—brilliant and beautiful. I found them in a Google search as we needed a floral arrangement for the funeral of our dear cousin. I placed the order online after they were closed the night before the service. I was a little nervous as we needed them delivered to the church by 10:30 the next morning. The site was easy to use and clearly stated all the options we had.
Wanting to make sure they got it and could deliver with such short notice, I called that morning (I’m on the other side of the country) & to my surprise not only did they get the order, the sweet lady I spoke with had come to work EARLY, aaaaaand they’d looked up the funeral home, and delivered there THREE HOURS EARLY to ensure that the flowers would arrive at the church and be positioned perfectly. I was almost in tears. For some that’s not a big deal, but for me who couldn’t attend and wanted my cousin’s daughters to feel our love and care it meant everything. Oh, and one more thing. The site gives you to option to let them substitute if your chosen flowers were not available. She did have to do that which she told me on the phone. But the substitute was just as gorgeous.
