Had to have a whole new AC unit installed, and CroppMetcalfe had the best price and could install it the next day! John came out and got everything going while the rest of the crew finished up another job. John got the old and busted unit removed, setup and hooked up the new hotness unit, and had the old inside coil setup removed all by himself before the rest of the crew arrived...Quite an effort!
John is a very friendly and personable guy, and it was a pleasure working with him directly, and everyone else at CroppMetcalfe....
I give them, and John specifically, my highest recommendation!

William contacted me to notify me he was on his way, he was on time and he performed a whole home inspection of my electrical system. He started in the garage where the panel is located and even vacuumed the panel to remove any debris! Another fine representative of Cropp Metcalf
