We called Appelton Campbell over the weekend with at AC issue, they arrived today (2Oct2024) on time. Our Technician Kevin was professional, polite and he immediately diagnosed, and repaired our issue. He also looked at our forced air heating unit and found a faulty capacitor which was replaced. He also explained all the services offered by Appelton Campbell which will be helpful going forward. It was a pleasure to work with Kevin and he is to be congratulated for his knowledge and help. we will be using Appleton Campbell in the future.
Everyone provided excellent customer service from the office staff to the technician that cam out and gave us our estimates to the technicians that replaced our electrical panel and water heater. The company is locally owned and operated and has the latest code information. We and our neighbors have both used them and have appreciated all the hard work they put in to getting our repairs taken care of.
Had my annual electric inspection today. Dewayne McCauley was the technician who came to do it. He was very professional and friendly. His inspection was very thorough and he had some good suggestions to give me about some things that needed updating. He was great about answering all my questions and concerns. Also had a concern about my HVAC system and Hunter Stanley came out to check it out.. He thoroughly checked out everything and went over it all with me afterwards in great detail in a way I could easily understand and answered any questions I had. Thank you both for your help!
