Horrid. BQ Tax & Accounting took over Jackie's practice and the experience has been the absolute worst. Do not be talked into allowing "Tony" in California to prepare your taxes. No one does anything they say they are going to do there. No phone calls, no emails, no follow up. Stay away from this company.

Be prepared, totally different experience without Jacki! Phone calls not returned; it took me 2 weeks to hear back regarding an IRS notification and only after a follow up phone call and stop in visit.
