Words can’t describe how helpful and thoughtful Hank was with the prices of getting me and my family the best deal for home security. He never hassled me into making the decision to go with Vector, the decision just felt right and that’s all thanks to him and his knowledge on the system and his character. I heard about the company through my friends that use them for their home security. Henry, "Hank", was the rep that called me after I initially contacted the company for a service quote. He was very professional and friendly. He made sure to go over my needs for the home and property, and helped me find a plan that fit without any extra costs. No attempts at up-selling me and no pressure. Sean was the install technician that came out to get the hardware in place. He got everything up and running quickly, walked me through the system usage and basics of the app, and made sure all my questions and concerns were addressed. Hank came by and showed me all the great features of this security system and how it would keep my family and I safe. Not only is this thing awesome, he was friendly and informative. Would recommend, and the system is works great while being very affordable.
