Jacquelina is an artist and a complete professional. She has done permanent makeup on my extremely sparse eyebrows several times, and they always come out natural looking. She is a perfectionist and has an artist’s eye for color, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else to do it for me.

We moved to Chesapeake in 2009. In 2010 I saw an add for Skin Oasis. I have tried just about all the procedures Jacquelina offers. Some I still do , the "works " she calls it about every 3 months. If I don't like a procedure, I tell her, "not for me". If I'm thinking of a procedure, she says I don't need to do that. I have complete trust in Jacquelina and she is the best at what she offers. No one thinks I'm my real age ,my skin is beautiful and they ask what kind of makeup I use. I don't wear make-up. I only use the moisturizer and serum I buy from Jacquelina and she does her magic.
