Customer service was awesome and would highly recommended! Had keys made for my front door, paid the extra $1.99 to upgrade to Hi-performance cut and thought the machine cut the keys wrong when I matched them to the original key. Called the number on the machine, they picked up right away, found my order told me it was because I chose this hi-performance cut. They promised the keys would work and if they didn’t for me to call back they would issue a refund. Went home to check and sure enough they worked and operated the lock more smoothly than the original key. I’m also a Realtor so I’ll be referring this service to all my clients and colleagues.
