“If you have pain Rick Sidor is the best! (SOR Electric Rd), As a PT, chiropractor, and acupuncturist, he can use his variety of skills to alleviate pain. He'll give you stretching and strengthening exercises you need. Ben, the PT Aide will show you how to do them and see that you do them correctly. As you are able, Ben will add to them and eventually have you use weight machines to build your strength. The atmosphere is great, starting with Pat greeting you at the desk. I enjoyed talking with other patients doing exercises as well as Pat, Ben, and Rick. Now that I am no longer in PT I can return to my gym and know which machines I need an what weight to start with. I went to Rick in pain but now feel Rick has given me the tools to use to stay active and pain free.“
