The kiosk I used is located in the nearby Kroger in Vinton VA. I had to make copies of my new house keys, and everyone wanted different designs. The kiosk was easy to use, reasonably priced, and a good variety of color and pattern options. I had no issues with the keys when I came home and tested them out. The only reason for 4 star is that everything went as it should, and not contact the company or talking to a human, there was nothing that made it more than a good solid purchase of good product. Very first time I ever tried it I have to be honest I was a little skeptical. A bit disappointed I wasn't able to pick a k I wanted. But all in all the key that I got was great. When I was at the machine I truly didn't think it would work. But when I got home it worked better than the original. The experience was quick and easy I was so thankful I was able to make the key there and pick it up there. Thank you so much for such a great experience the key works beautifully.
