I saw on the Vienna Tattoo site that they had walk ins. This was after the snow and they were still there with clients. I was super surprised. From the moment I walked in, the shop felt warm, welcoming and relaxed. I was telling the staff that this was weird (in a good way) that it was more like hanging out with friends and catching up with old friends rather than a typical appointment. The entire staff was friendly, supportive, and made the place feel warm and comfortable right away.

Ryu did a great job on my tattoo. He designed it for me ahead of the appointment and once I arrived for my appointment he adjusted the design with me until I was 100% happy with it. Will be going back.

Tommy, the owner, was incredibly professional and made us feel completely at ease for our first tattoos. As first-timers, we were a bit uncertain about placement, but Tommy was patient and understanding, guiding us through the process with ease. His communication was clear and reassuring, and his steady hand gave us the confidence to trust him with our matching tattoos. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
