Our dental insurance changed recently and my new insurance company said Tooth Town was not in the network. When I called Tooth Town to cancel the appointment, the folks were so helpful. They said they would explore options, then they did just that. They called around and found out they are in network with the new plan and called me right back to confirm.Navigating insurance is a pain, and I really appreciate them going the extra mile so my son could stay with our familiar, friendly dental practice.
