We would highly recommend Stuart for any project. He completed our finished basement project which included a bedroom and bathroom on time and on budget. We are thrilled with the results. This is the third remodeling project that Scottie Contracting has done in my home. The first was a basement remodel, 5 years ago, converting a dingy basement into a usable space that is well lit and pleasant . Still can't believe the transformation. In the last year, remodeled two full bathrooms, also transforming them into spaces that I love to use. Stuart is a great problem solver, and a master craftsman. He worked with my sketches and ideas to create a unique space. He has a great sense of style and humor. Scottie Contracting did a great job placing an egress window and egress well into my basement in accordance with Fairfax county code. The team dug the well by hand, cut the window in my basement wall and placed the correct window, well support and cover on the well. I am extremely pleased with the work they did at the price they quoted me. Scottie Contracting beat out three other estimates with price and top notch work. I plan on using them again for future projects.
