We've been coming here many years and the quality between the different stylists are inconsistent. We've had Peter, and he was very good. There is another female stylist, younger, if she answers the phone, and we ask for someone else, but no one is available and we end up with her, she'll hold the resentment of her not being the top choice and carry that feeling during the session. If she was smarter, she would try to win us over to her by bring extra careful or nice, but all she's doing is showing us that we should reserve someone else.
Told me that I have to make an appointment for haircut. Told me to come at 1:45pm. I came at the exact time and had to wait until 2:45pm, asked someone at the shop for an explanation and got no response at all. It initially led me to want to leave a 1 star review.
However when I get my haircut, Andy is extremely nice and professional, and the haircut was amazing. Changed my mind and added to 4 stars. Highly recommend Andy for men’s haircut!
Took my elderly mother here with a language barrier and they were friendly and accommodated her. She's very happy with the results. They speak English/Mandarin/Cantonese, a rare find in Northern Virginia.
