Restoration Doctors were able to quickly diagnose water damages when my hvac system was malfuctioning leading to flooding in the hvac closet. While I did not end up using their services, (due to no fault of their own - condominium management chose their own vendors while admitting responsibility for the damages) I was able to talk to Gd who graciously waived the assessment fee. Restoration Doctor was prompt with their services and although there was a lack of communication regarding initial cost estimates (which I admit I played a part in), the company was very professional and provided excellent customer service.

I was out of town, came back to my basement being flooded due to my water heater breaking. Luckily I called RD, and they got here as quickly as possible. Carlos walked me through every step and made the process very easy. Highly recommend them
