This company is an honorable company because their technician, daniel, troubleshooted with me over the phone as to why my furnace was not working. The temperatures were down to single digits last night and it was only getting worse over the next couple of days. He was kind enough to help me fix this over the phone. We got a second opinion from Jimmy and Daniel at Nutech, and we’re so glad we did. Our main sewer line was clogged, and when the county came to inspect it, they told us the issue was on our side. Thankfully, Jimmy and Daniel ran a camera through the line and discovered it was actually on the county’s street side. They were honest, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly instead of trying to sell us unnecessary repairs.
