They take their time and do lawns right! Michael’s Lawn Service does the hard work so we can focus on the projects we want to do in the yard.
The customer service is great--no phone tag. Rebekah handles things via email and really fast. The communication they have with their workers is excellent and special notice is taken when you request it. The workers are meticulous in mowing, cleaning up, etc. and their willingness to do my last leaf pickup in late December is so greatly appreciated. I don't know of another lawn service that does this -- always before I had to look at leaves on my grass all winter. Kudos!
Had to change my previous review. I do not recommend Michael’s if you have a dog. Nuleaf, Michael’s subcontractor for weed control, came out and sprayed for weeds twice without letting us know. Michael’s knew we had a dog.
