Alex and the whole Mayflower Team were a pleasure to work with. Before Mayflower, I had problems having a new sauna heater connected. I reached out to several companies that claimed to work on sauna heaters. Mayflower responded quickly and professionally. I arranged a survey with Alex who was on time, professional, and polite. These sauna heaters are more complex than I would have expected and there are so many combinations of heater and sauna. Alex did some serious research with both the maker of the heater and the sauna. Mayflower provided a quote; I signed the contract. Alex showed up on time. No drama. Installed and connected the heater perfectly and even followed up after several days to make sure all was well.
